There are many things we can do every day to support a robust immune system. An excellent way to cover your bases and make sure you’re getting enough immune supporting vitamins (and one time honored herb!) is with our Daily Immune Support*!

At the top of my list on the lifestyle front is making sleep a priority. Quality sleep is essential to a healthy immune system, and it all starts with “sleep hygiene”. Figure out a consistent time to go to bed each night, and stick to it. For me that bedtime is 10pm. Set up a bedtime routine that is unique to you and helps you wind down from the day. For example, I like to get off my computer at least an hour before bedtime (earlier if possible) and spend some time reading. I also add a few drops of lavender essential oil on my pillowcase. And there is nothing more fundamental to immune support than the food that we eat. A change we can all make starting today is to increase our servings of fruits and vegetables. It’s a simple goal to reach for, and a worthy one. Aim for a wide variety (and colors!) of fruits and veggies. Fill up your fruit bowl and your vegetable drawer, and start making a daily salad or smoothie as an easy way to up your vegetable and fruit intake.
