One Daily Voluntary Recall

MegaFood has recently identified a need to recall some product lots of the One Daily multivitamin.

Reason for recall?

In keeping with the guidelines set by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, dietary supplements containing iron require a child resistant cap. A limited number of the MegaFood One Daily Multivitamin (60, 90 & 180 sizes) products were packaged without a child resistant cap.

- No other MegaFood products were affected
- There is no issue with the quality of the product, ingredients, packaging or labeling

The One Daily products affected have the following lot numbers:

•  10613 •  12191 •  10724 •  10725	•  10726 •  10727 •  10728 •  11246

Product Codes:

•  60’s 10151
•  90’s 10152
•  180’s 10153

What to do?

MegaFood is advising its consumers who have purchased the One Daily supplement between the dates of June 6th and Oct. 26, 2012 to keep this product out of reach of children and/or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund or replacement product.
