Hello. Can the b complex vitamin tablet be cut and the rest of pieces (I cut into 4 pieces) be stored for the following days? Also can I store this b complex in the fridge? Thx!

f you are having difficulty swallowing these tablets you may crush or break them up. They will be just as effective as taking them whole, though please note that palatability may be a concern, especially with an iron formula.

Does this bottle come with external plastic seal? I ordered one from iherb and it did not have an external seal on the cap

Great question. No this formula does not have an outer plastic seal. Our product integrity and safety are still maintained by the foil seal that's tightly affixed to the mouth of the container under the cap. This seal must be torn or broken to open the container and remove the product, and cannot be removed and reapplied without leaving visible evidence of entry/tampering. Therefore, the outer band was duplicative and deemed an excessive use of plastic packaging material.
