St. Patrick's Day Smoothie

Shake off those sugary St. Paddy's Day drink temptations and blend yourself up some green goodness. Feast your eyes and taste buds on our St. Patrick's Day Green Smoothie from MegaFood's Medical Director Erin Stokes, ND. 

St. Patrick's Day Smoothie

Combine the following ingredients in a strong blender:

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 sliced green apple
  • several chunks of frozen mango
  • 1 handful of spinach and/or kale
  • half lemon (squeezed)
  • grated ginger to taste (optional)
Blend all ingredients together, and enjoy!

Feel free to change up the ingredients and amounts to make this smoothie your own!
