INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or another non-dairy milk) + more if needed while blending
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. – 1/4 cup maple syrup (sweeten to taste!)
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp. ground flax
  • 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice or (2 tsp. cinnamon powder, 1 tsp. ginger root powder, a pinch of nutmeg and cloves)
  • 1 scoop MegaFood Daily Turmeric Nutrient Booster Powder
  • vegan coconut milk whipped cream (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with whipped cream and spices!
  3. Enjoy!
