- 24 oz water
- 4 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
- ½ pomegranate
- ½ cup wild blueberries
- 2 vine ripe tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- ½ organic apple
- ½ small red beet, peeled
- ½ lime with pith
