California Privacy Addendum

ADDENDUM TO PRIVACY POLICY REGARDING CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

Effective: December 31, 2019

Notification of our Personal Information Collection, Maintenance, Use and Disclosure Practices as to California Consumers

This addendum applies to California residents, and is an addendum to our Privacy Policy located at http://www.megafood.com/customer-support/privacy-policy.html. Where any provision of this Addendum conflicts with any provision of our Privacy Policy, the provision of this Addendum will govern. In all other respects, the provisions of our Privacy Policy remain in effect and apply.

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION PRACTICES

The following chart describes details about the categories of personal information we collect about consumers, including information collected directly from you and from other sources, and what we do with that personal information. Geolocation data. Physical location. We collect this information from visitors to our site, our customers and their devices. We share this data with our service providers.
Inferences drawn from other personal information. Profile reflecting a person's preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes. We generate these internally. We share this data with our service providers and with business partners.

Certain instances where we share any of the above categories of personal information with entities other than service providers may constitute a “sale” under California law. As discussed in more detail below, you may have the right to opt out of such sales. We also may disclose any of the above categories of information for a business purpose, including to our service providers.
