Shipping & Delivery: Things to Know

Ever find yourself ready to checkout online, only to feel your heart sink when you see that shipping cost? We feel ya. That’s why (drumroll, please)...

All orders are eligible for free shipping – without a minimum spend!

That may be all you need (and want) to know. But, if you’re a details person, here’s the fine print, FAQ-style:

Q: Who’s the carrier?

A: FedEx. As innovative as our supplement process may be, we’re taking the traditional route when it comes to delivering your order!

Q: Where do you ship?

A: All U.S. Addresses – Alaska and Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO (military) addresses included. So, if you have a US zip code, you’re on our route! International friends, please contact us for help finding MegaFood outside of the USA.

Q: How quickly can I expect my incredible vitamins to arrive?

A: 2-Day Shipping is available for all physical street addresses. AKA, unless you have a PO Box or APO/FPO address*, you’re hooked up with two-day status!

*PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses ship via FedEx SmartPost. Allow 1-2 weeks for these deliveries to arrive, giving time for FedEx to high-five (aka, hand your order to) the USPS before it reaches you. Alas, there is not a faster option.

Q: 2-Day shipping sounds superb… so, how fast will my order process?

A: How smart of you to ask! Here’s a cheat sheet of factors to consider when calculating your package’s ETA:

  • Orders ship and deliver Monday through Friday. Consider weekends (& holidays) OUT of the equation.
  • Orders placed before 12 pm ET will be shipped the same day. Waited past noon? We’ll get on it by the NEXT business day.
  • Orders deliver by 8 pm (local time) to most addresses.

Q: What’s the fastest shipping you’ve got?

A: No one ever plans to run out of vitamins, but… it happens. Expedite your order to overnight shipping for $10 more**. And while you get to enjoy the perks of faster delivery, all the same parameters apply as noted in the shipping parameters above. I.e., weekends (still) don’t count, and orders past noon on a Friday won’t get a move-on ‘til the following Monday.

**PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and orders outside of the contiguous 48 states (i.e., AK, HI and US Territories) are not eligible for overnight delivery.

Q: How will my order be packaged?

A: Our amber glass bottles and jars will be carefully wrapped and padded with love! Helpful to know: your order may come in more than one box.

Q: If there’s a problem (gasp!)… who can help?
