- Are the 2 tablets per day intended to be consumed at the same time, or can I take one in the morning and one in the evening?
- The suggested use is 2 tablets daily, and they may be taken anytime throughout the day, even on an empty stomach. Ideally, we recommend one tablet twice daily, however, the most important thing is to ensure you're getting the full serving size. For this reason, some opt to take them both at once to ensure they don't miss one.
- DOES IT HELP IF YOU HAVE NO THYROID?
- Questions regarding specific health concerns will be best geared toward a healthcare practitioner, whether your Primary Care Physician, an integrative practitioner, or a naturopath, as they will be able to make specific health recommendations based on your unique needs.
- What is the shelf life, once bottle has been opened?
- We suggest using it within 3-4 months for optimal freshness. As long as your product has been stored as recommended, you can use them until Best Before Date.
- Can these be crushed?
- We appreciate you reaching out to us here at MegaFood. If you are having difficulty swallowing these tablets you may crush or break them up. They will be just as effective as taking them whole, though please note that palatability may be a concern.
- Product is vegetarian not vegan. What is in it that is vegan? Is there egg product in it?
- There is no egg in any of our products as we are Big 9 Allergen friendly. The reason it is not labeled as vegan is due to an ingredient in the product, Sensoril. While MegaFood products have not, and will not, be tested on animals, Stress Protect contains an ingredient that has been studied in both human and animal trials - Sensoril Ashwagandha.
