I have an unopened bottle but noticed it is past the expiration date. Is it still safe to consume?

We guarantee each active ingredient in our products meets the amount stated in the Supplement Facts up to the "Best Before" date printed on the product bottle, as long as the recommended storage conditions indicated on labeling have been followed. We don't recommend consuming expired products.

What is the proper dose? The study was based of 10ml dose. The directions on this page says for adults to take 2tsp(10ml). But the label says that 10ml is for pregnant or lactating women. So what is the correct dose for adult women?

The supplement facts declare the doses to be: 1) 1/2 tsp or 3 ml for kids 4 and older, woman over 50, and men. 2) 1 tsp or 5 ml for women ages 14 - 15. 3) 2 tsp or 10 ml for pregnant/lactating women. That being said, per the FDA, the DV for adults for iron and B12 is the same for anyone ages 4 and older (excluding pregnancy and lactating women who have different DV's). So yes, it is safe and compliant per FDA for any consumer age 4+ to take the full 10 ml dose, however we recommend following our dosage recommendations on the supplement facts panel.

I purchased Blood Builder at the beginning of November 2024. I only took 2 or 3 doses and forgot about it. It has been refrigerated the entire time. Is it safe to take it now? Since I paid $25 for it I don't want to waste my money.

Once opened, our Liquid Iron Blood Builder should be consumed within three (3) months.

I do not see a date on the bottle,and I'm wondering if there is a time limit for using up the product from an opened bottle.
