This product absolutely saved me.

"This product absolutely saved me. It was the only iron I tried that didn't constipate me and seems to be absorbing well. I used to be dizzy constantly, anxious, exhausted, losing hair, had random blood sugar issues despite no diabetes, and even trouble swallowing at some point. I was constantly overstimulated and couldn't even handle listening to music anymore, and of course, could not focus or remember things. . . Some of the weirdest issues I've experienced. I finally got a blood test and my ferritin was 9. I've been taking this consistently for about 3. 5 months and ALL above issues went away. I noticed improvements in the first 2 days, but even more at about 2 weeks. About to get my levels checked. I cannot express how thankful I am for the scientists who figured out this formula all with clean ingredients."

Q&A

If I am intermittent fasting, can I take blood builder in my fasting window or will it break my fast?
Blood Builder contains nutrients and small amounts of whole foods, so it would generally be considered breaking a fast. If you’re following a specific fasting routine, you may want to take it during your eating window.
Aber you using the iron bisglycinat Ferrochel from Albion?
We use iron bisglycinate in Blood Builder, but it is not a patented form like Ferrochel®.
Does the blood builder supplements cause dark stools like other iron supplements do?
Some people have reported that taking iron supplements may give them dark stools. However, we always advise that you talk to your doctor as there may be another underlying issue that may be causing this.
How many hours after taking blood builder on an empty stomach in morning can you have coffee?
Iron is more influenced by what it’s taken with than many other nutrients. Certain foods and beverages can interfere with how iron is absorbed, which is why timing and pairing can matter. Iron is generally best taken: Away from coffee or tea, which contain natural compounds that can bind to iron and limit absorption Away from calcium-rich foods or supplements, since calcium can compete with iron Away from high-fiber meals, which may also interfere with absorption MegaFood iron is formulated to be gentle and was shown in an eight-week clinical study to increase iron levels without gastrointestinal side effects. Because of this, it can be taken with or without food based on what feels best for you.
My doctor has recommended blood builder to me for iron supplementation, but I see it contains brown rice. Has blood builder been tested for arsenic, which occurs naturally in rice? Where do you get your rice from? Thanks in advance.
Yes. All MegaFood products, including Blood Builder, are tested for heavy metals such as arsenic. Each batch must test below strict limits before it can be released for sale.
